I enjoyed my stay in a spacious Gran Clase Suite King. The charming ambiance made me feel like I was at a distant relative's home. Service was warm and friendly, and I appreciated the serene pool area for relaxation. The restaurant offered delicious meals that made my stay even more pleasant.

Rooms lacked cleanliness and family could not stay together.

The food at Quinta Real is a real treat! The fresh bread rolls were warm and soft—perfect munchies to start a meal. I also loved the staff's kindness. they made every dining experience feel like a warm family meal. Plus, the breakfast al fresco, although not perfect, offered a nice vibe to start the day.

I wish I had stayed longer, but the service at times felt a tad slow, especially during a busy brunch. Otherwise, the charm of the place shined through, making it a fantastic getaway.

Had an amazing time with friends! We loved the beautiful decor and the pool area was perfect for our hangout. We visited a local market and took a trip to nearby hot springs. Just be ready for some slow restaurant service during busy times.

Unfortunately, the phone in our room didn't work, which made it a hassle to communicate with the front desk.

We had a delightful experience enjoying the spacious pool area with the kids, where they splashed around happily. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed during our entire stay.

It was a perfect match for a brief stopover in Aguascalientes with reasonable value. The beautiful hotel had bad service, as I had to walk far to pick up my vehicle with no valet parking staff available. Be prepared for some inconveniences during your stay.
